BJJ FUNDAMENTALS (Beginners 13+)
BJJ FUNDAMENTALS (Beginners 13+)
80 to 90% of new BJJ students quit before reaching blue belt... many within their first few months.
Most academies throw beginners straight into sparring before they’ve learned how to move safely or think through what they’re doing.
If you’re the kind of person who actually wants to learn and improve, that gets frustrating fast.
The result? Injuries, confusion, and people quitting before they ever get good.
Most beginners don’t fail because Jiu-Jitsu is too hard.
They fail because they’re never taught properly from the start.
That’s why we built our Fundamentals Program.
Our 17-week curriculum walks you through the essential techniques step-by-step, so you always know what you’re doing and why it works.
No chaos. No guesswork. Just steady, measurable progress — and real understanding.
A 17-week curriculum that shows you exactly what to learn each week so you can focus on improving, not figuring things out.
Smart repetition and principle-based lessons help you build real understanding, not just memorize moves.
A safety-first progression that prepares you for sparring the right way, by learning before testing.
But don't just take our word for it. Hear what our students have to say.

No pressure.
Just a structured, beginner-friendly introduction where you’ll learn exactly how class works, and see if it’s the right fit for you
If you’re generally healthy and cleared for physical activity, we can adapt training to your current level.
Probably not. Our curriculum focuses on efficiency over athleticism. We have beginners in their 20s, 30s, 40s and beyond.
We prioritize safety and emphasize natural range of motion. As long as you're cleared by your medical provider we can adapt most techniques to work with your unique limitations.
