Not at all. Classes are scaled for beginners. You’ll get in shape through Jiu-Jitsu, not before it. As long as your body works, you can do this.
Probably not. Our curriculum focuses on efficiency over athleticism. We have beginners in their 20s, 30s, 40s and beyond.
We prioritize safety and emphasize natural range of motion. As long as you're cleared by your medical we can adapt most techniques to work with your unique limitations.
